First: the language in the message is NOT spanish, but one of the elven tongues, which btw are the most beautiful languages still lingering in the mouths of people who will not forget the Elder Days. In a marvellous book - the Lord of The Rings by Master Tolkien there is written a most meaningful sentence in the part where Galadriel sings her farewells to the Ring bearer and the company that time travelling with him. The words featured by her deep, clear voice are in high elvish. Between two verses there is stated a question: "Si man i yulma nin enquantuva?" (allthough with a different dot on the letter "i" in the word "Si", which I do not find now... machines!). Translated into english it would sound quite like this: "For who shall now refill the cup for me?" And - as a "neuling" - to shout that kind of a question here would make me a desperate seeker ;). Though, by the message I only wanted to find out if there should be any "true-LOTR-fans" among you guys. It is indeed allready quite out of fashion to drag the wannabe-elf-mark on ones brow. But for the five messages long confusion caused by my secret add I decided to clear things out.. At least many of you have seen the movies, am I right? I apologise the problems I have with the language I use: for english most surtainly is not my cup of tea. But none of you would understand my mother tongue, and I wouldn't yet manage to write everything I wanted auf deutsch, so this is the only tongue we all can understand. ;) Well - mystery solved. Happy now? Hope I will get more sweet answeres here. The hunger grows when you're feasting you know...
hmmm, okay. now i begin to understand, but what is your mother tongue? i'm sorry i'm not one of these LOTR - super-fans that learn elvish, but i saw the movies. however,

My mother tongue comes originally from somewhere behind the Mountains of Ural, and is called Finnish (which - I've heard - shares many things, especially in pronouncing, with the Elven Tongues).
Your web site's cool, btw. I tried to sign the guestbook, but amn't sure weather the message got through succesfully , or did I maybe (as usual) press "the wrong green button". ("The other left, you fool!")
Sowieso, Hertzlich willkommen on our Bands website, (http://www.dewian.cjb.net) which are at the moment quite "in proggress" so to speak. As I allready wrote in your book, our first Long Play Disk is ready, though we haven't yet announced it on our site (while the female-singer still lingers in Deutschland). And the music-clips da sind echt Scheisse weil 1)die sind so alt 2) in the first demo Dewian's former female singer (NOT ME AT THE TIME!!!) does her parts with the voice of an immature 15 year old girl.
Und: you can auf Deutsch schreiben: Ich verstehe viel (though I don't write or speake it too well - yet. Alas! Maybe in a year I can really learn something. At least I hope so..
You have thirteen hours in which to solve this Labyrinth.

Whoops! You may try again with the right address: http://www.dewian.cjb.net Ja, habe alles verstanden.
"The Elven Tongues" is a common expression for the languages the Elves (among some other people too) used in the book you haven't read. Did you find the movies amusing? I absolutely (what a surprise!) fell in love with them. Especially the acting skills of "Aragorn" (the keen eyed man from how-on-earth-do-you-write-it-Danemark?), and the great fighting scenes in the first and the second movie were very interesting to observe.

Oh sh..! I do not recall the part you discribe: for I haven't read the whole masterpiece yet (gee.. knews?). So now you've revealed a major dramatic effect.. Well - my problem. Should've told you right away about my only-half-way-trip to Tolkiens world, so we could've avoid this. Actually I've only read one half of the book, for in the beginning of the fourth book a sudden lust took over me: (Hey - I want to learn elvish so I can understand the beautiful poetry this book has to offer!) And the unexpected course in my spare time usage has lead to the situation, where I hardly have time to actually read the story - once again: my problem. But now (at least) the basic skills of both High Elvish and Sindarin are my priorities.
Nice you didn't find our music so terrible. Though it has an unfinnished touch - for (as told on our web site) the second demo wasn't even ment to be (as I recall) published. And the original purpose of bringing it fourth on our site was to give the "fans" an example of my voice. Though at the time I had an awful technic (if one at all) and as allready told: I was a couple of years younger then. Hope the long play'll come out soon, so people can hear that I'm not at all the worst female singer in the world.
Well.. take care for now! Got to go.. The Karneval Zug doesn't wait!
Schön.. After almost a year I'll be back in Köln in 4.-7.3. *Hoorey!* I hope Shadow hasn't changed so much as this website..
So.. Alle ins Shadow am samstag 5.3.!! That's an order!
By the way: "Missä kaunis Bodom-järvi on?" ( = Where is the beautiful lake of Bodom?)
Und noch eine request: If you like melodic metal with male and female vocals, please visit Tacere's website - http://tacere.net (you can download some nice music from the section "discography")/ or visit a fabulous finnish music-zine for unsigned bands and musial projects in http://mikseri.net (in metal top 40 list you can find Tacere also!).
